Better Breathing, Better Performance, Better Sleep
I’ve been using Histrips for a while now, and I can honestly say they’ve made a noticeable difference both in my training and my sleep.
As a former boxer and now a coach, breathing efficiency is something I pay a lot of attention to. During workouts, these nasal strips help me get better airflow, which makes my sessions feel smoother and more controlled. I don’t feel as restricted, especially during intense conditioning or when demonstrating drills.
What surprised me the most, though, is how much they’ve improved my sleep. I’ve always had issues with nasal breathing, and I used to wake up feeling tired, sometimes with headaches, or with my mouth completely dry. Since using these strips, I’m sleeping deeper and waking up feeling more rested and clear-headed.
Overall, they’ve become part of my daily routine-both for performance and recovery. Definitely worth trying if you struggle with breathing or sleep quality.

Hyrox Glasgow - Nasal strips
I competed at Hyrox Glasgow on Friday and used HiStrips for the first time. My airways were firmly open and my intake of air was very good! A must have for training and race days.

I love Histrips, it helps me a lot!
I love Histrips! They've improved my breathing both during workouts and during sleep! I used to breathe through my mouth, both during exercise and at night. With HiStrips, I can finally breathe through my nose, perform better, and sleep better! The long-lasting effect of the product is crucial for me as an endurance athlete. My workouts last hours, and the strips don't come off, even in the shower, it stata on for hours!
