Placed order mid feb...it still has not arrived.emailed numerous times and had no reply.terrible company and will not use again

No personalisation was done, as requested, and no reply to email sent.

Turned up at week late. Asked for refund as purchased another.. no reply from customer service yet constantly emailing for a review. Well here it is.

Shame 0 star not an option. I hope people look up the reviews for this company before they order. Same as others, ordered, money taken, product never arrived to me, contacted no response. Have raised a dispute with my bank.

My order never arrived, I contacted through instagram they said they would resend but that also never came I requested a refund my message was never opened

Absolutely horrendous service!! Placed my order 7 weeks ago and STILL haven’t received it!! AND you have the cheek to email me not once but TWICE to give you a review? No tracking, no correspondence, no reply to TWO of my emails requesting an update on my order. This is nothing short of a disgrace.

Paid for a card early February. Never arrived. No tracking info. Nothing. Silence. Then a week ago I start to receive emails asking me to rate their service and the product. What product. What service.

Card never arrived. Order beginning of feb. Contacted with no reply had to claim money back from my bank. Got an email mid april to say been dispatched which it wasnt 🤷🏽‍♀️

Ordered weeks ago and still not received my card

Ordered a birthday gift, money taken out of my account no goods received. Tried numerous times to contact but no reply. Do not use!

Terrible company to do business with . Ordered an item for an important Birthday present . Money taken, item never arrived . Contacted company numerous times to find out what had gone wrong with the order. Never ever responded and took our money without refund or replacement. Really disappointing poor company to do business with.

AVOID - Package never received and multiple attempts on email and through website ignored. The tracking number provided was not recognised by Royal Mail either. Resulted in loss of funds and no gift to give on anniversary.

I ordered the card before Christmas and paid for first class delivery. There was nothing to say it wouldn't be sent before Christmas. I then find out on Friday the 27th it still hasn't been sent try and cancel it (I emailed many times and sent messages through the chat box and on Instagram) and get no responses yet get emails telling me it was sent today! It's a Christmas card which is now pointless! I'm more annoyed about the lack of customer service as I understand around Christmas things are delayed or companies are closed (however, again this was not stated anyway when I completed the order). I will not be using this company again.

It arrived quickly and in good condition and in good packaging

Absolutely gorgeous cards, notebook, mug and print, couldn't be happier! Delivered really quickly, can't recommend highly enough!

The website was easy to use, the delivery was without pain and the quality of the cards was great.

Product looks just like it does online. Shipped fast Internationally.
