I can confirm the previous review that this site is hosted by good e-reader and is not the official Hisense e-ink store.
I waited 2 months and was in the claws of a chat robot when trying to get my order status.
I have just now filed a claim through PayPal and I do not recommend taking your business here.

Don't order from them unless you want to lose your money, ordered a Hisense a9, it was never delivered and they won't respond to my e-mails at all.
I wish I just ordered from AliExpress I thought this was official Hisense website but it turned out to be the same people from goodereader.com
