Hisense makes no sense
I bought my Hisense integrated fridge from Euronics in Twickenham London. It was one in stock so I took it in my car.I got someone to remove the old fridge and install the new one. but the parts to fit the kitchen unit door to the fridge were missing.This is a let property so access needs to be arranged.After a lot of to-ing and fro-ing trying to get this sorted Was told I would receive a new unit and return the old one but would need the supplier to do this. When I asked Euronics to do this I was told that because I collected the fridge my self they couldn't assist me. When I emailed Hisense to inform them of this I was told there was nothing they could do to help me????
Now I have an angry tenant and a damaged looking fridge (no kitchen unit door) and all I did was buy a Hisense replacement fridge !!! Not good customer service. Will avoid in future buyer beware.

Fairly easy to use
Fairly easy to use, the lady who was helping me with my issue was quite rude, as I am not very computer literate, the guidance could have been more understanding. The overall of hisense TV is excellent. Great sound and quality picture
Samsung stoped 13 years, giving Hisense a go.
Well our Samsung stoped after a great run of 13 years, so the desision was made and through Richer Sounds we have a Hisense 55".
this TV has a fine picture, to our non profetional eye's it appears as good as the Samsung. The only problem ( if it is one) is that we still have to use and pay for our Virgin streeming box. This is because we have got used to using pause if leaving room and other convenience apps. Here's hoping for at least another 13 years, anyway. Thank you.

Very good, love my fridge freezer so much room. Only thing they wouldn’t do is plumb it in.
Good value but wish I'd done more research
As a batch cooker and a buyer of frozen dog food I would have preferred more freezer than fridge space.
The fridge doors don't shut smoothly so I've had to purchase plastic milk bottle tops for our glass milk bottles so milk doesn't spill everywhere everytime I shut the door. I also have to remember to wedge some taller items in so they don't fall over.
Our previous fridge/freezer had a really useful shallow drawer where you could store snacky items like cold meats, cheese, hummus etc.

Engineer didnt turn up for a repair (6 month old tumble dryer!) Id booked half a days holiday from work. repair scheduled for Friday PM between 1pm-415pm. I then got a message Friday 6pm simply stating the engineer had been rescheduled for Sat pm... Again the engineer failed to show up!? Ive had to call Hisense (1hr hold) then to speak to an external service/repair team Pacifica only to be told the earliest time appointment would be another 7 days!! as im back of the queue!!??

We’ve own our fridge freezer a few months now and I’d say if you want a silent fridge freezer - Do not. It’s driving me nuts. It clicks, it knocks and it’s loud.
By far the noisiest fridge freezer we’ve ever owned 😞
I’d not mind if it was now and again but it’s almost every 20 minutes or so 😞 it’s now been pushed into the utility room as it can not stay in the kitchen/dinning/family room as our last one. 😡

Excellent picture and very easy to set up. We also bought a Hisense sound bar which compliments the Television.
Faulty and Poor Customer Service
Not the best product had an aircon unit through an online store during the heatwave. Didn't work from day one and had to liaise with Hisense directly. This was a pretty poor experience. The item had an electrical fault and they wanted a video of the electrical fault. I refused as personal safety seems sensible when it's an electrical fault. After going back ad forth finally got it sorted without me sending a video. Just not worth the hassle

Hi8 induction hob with recirculating extractor, brilliant piece of kit. Clear display panel, easy to operate, WiFi feature and app really useful, quiet extraction motor can’t really fault it. Was disappointed that extraction bent wasn’t included but we found a work around
Have a washer dryer and the child lock…
Have a washer dryer and the child lock on it is pointless cause when my child plays with the buttons and notices it does nothing he presses the power button that turns it off but when you turn it on it forgets what it’s done. Only washing machine I’ve owned that does this wishing I just got another Samsung
