I bought a TV September 25 and in less than a year some vertical lines appeared on the screen when I connected them they accused me for not following the instructions. Then we I wrote a review last month they contacted me and said awww we are here to assist you send us more details which I did. And then again they said no we can help. NEVER BUY FROM THEM

Still going in circles with Hisense, wrong shelf delivered after 3 weeks of waiting because they could not assist me with a product code and there spare website so not provide any measurements, so you have to look at a picture and hope for the best. Now I have a shelf with no returning option. I so so angry this company are a bunch of cowboys

Hisense denied a warranty claim for television that was 18 months old citing misuse and a user related fault. The television was carefully attached to a new floor stand, it wasn't dropped or struck, and there wasn't any scratching. This problem has been documented on several user forums, but the company refuses to honor its two year warranty.
A friend warned me not to buy Hisense
A friend warned me not to buy Hisense. I ignored and bought a top of the line £1500 fridge freezer...which as friend predicted has issues...stops working everytime we get hot weather. Numerous engineer visits and no fix. Hisense seem to not care about lost food, etc. They seem to have sub contracted the aftercare to make matters worse... different companies each visit...no sharing of information...will never buy Hisense again if I can help it.

Everything . Awful experience. Spoke with the agent . Even though I had warranty when I purchased it. Every number in the fridge feezer which wad so small. Wanted a picture ridiculous. When I sent the picture he said he would call straight back
Never did . Finally phoned back spoke to another person dealt immediately with my name and warranty number only
All sorted in less that 5 minutes. Over 1 hour with the other stupid person
New washer
Bought a new Hisense washer as my old 1 packed in, great little washer until it decided to stop working. Rang Hisense customer services as it was still under warranty, the first guy I spoke to, I think he had trouble understanding my Yorkshire accent so we did a video chat so they could see what the issue was, engineer was booked to come out within 2 days! Engineer came, when they said they would, he had me back up and running same day, loose pulley had dropped the belt and was that loose it had dropped a little, so quick fix. Day after Hisense gave me call to make sure everything was back in working order, lovely chap sounded Scottish, was very helpful and informative. Im super happy with my experience so far, washer looks great and now works as it should.

Do not buy appliances from this company! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, not being able to raise repair request even though fridge I purchased is only in use for 3 weeks! Chat doesnt issue repair tickets with references and it is impossible to get through them by the phone. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING OF THAT BRAND AGAIN. NOT TRUST WORTHY AND VERY UNRELIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Hisense APC09QC Air…
I bought a Hisense APC09QC Air Conditioner - White - utterly useless. It makes a pulsing buzzing noise when attempting to cool that you can hear through a closed door and about 20 metres away and in 2 hours knocked 2 degrees off a very small bedroom to 26 degrees even though it was set to Super and 16. Hisense did not provide a view on cooling but said noise was operating in line with its specifications. Beware if you buy this as you may like me be very disappointed with the unit and Hisense service. AO then agreed to take back and return ( nothing to do with Hisense offering that, they said it had nothing to do with them now as the product was fine). If you want a noisy machine, that does not cool…this is for you.

Sorry cannot recommend the TVs
Hisense TV....initially looked Ok. Then noticed that dark backgrounds would continually flash dark/light as 'something' was trying to get the best picture but failing. This happen with various settings & with all automatic stuff turned off. The flashing did not happen on another HD TV (I could reproduce problem as one instance was on a recording).
Then 18 months after getting the TV (April 2025*), the backlight failed in some way. The screen went dim. Then it crashed tried to reload (showed logo screen), then crashed again, tried to load again, etc, etc, etc. forever.....
The TV got 'recycled'.
* Trustpilot won't let me put a date of April 2025.

Faulty fridge and awful service
A small part failed in our fridge freezer within the first month. Hisense have consistently shirked responsibility, and told us they don't stock the part so they can't fix it. They've been enormously unhelpful and made us run around trying to get a solution for months now. Extremely frustrating and terrible service.

Intrusive demand by HISENSE
I bought Hisense 32" 32A4QTUK FHD LED TV on Amazon. Unfortunately, in the process of setting it up, Hisense requires me (the customer), to agree to their intrusive agreement. I wasn’t aware of this unacceptable requirement when I ordered the Hisense TV from Amazon.
I will also contact Amazon and tell them about this intrusive demand by Hisense!
Very disappointed with Hisense UK
Very disappointed with Hisense UK. My brand-new washing machine had a heater fault and made a loud hammering noise 1 year after purchasing. After three repair visits and over a month of delays, the issue remains unresolved. Poor customer service and a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend Hisense UK.

My new TV
I recently purchased a QLED 4k Hisense 50 (50E7QTUK), to replace my 8 year old 43" TV, the set up was quite straightforward, the viewing experience is excellent, the detail of the screen for me was on a other level.
The reason for 3 stars and not 5, was the poor design of the remote control, it has small buttons and hard to read numbers/arrows that are not easy to see.
Also on 'Freely', the TV guide is not able to place reminders to watch upcoming programmes and cannot record future scheduled programmes, something that 'Freeview' can do.
Had an American fridge freezer and…
Had an American fridge freezer and expensive flat model.
Lasted 4 years then packed up.
Not worth the money in any way shape or form.
