Shoes fall apart within 3 months, company founder avoids any responsibility

Sadly not even three months old, and worn only two to three times a week, and already they are falling apart in the same spot on both shoes. That’s NEVER happened to me ever with another pair of shoes from any other brand.

Only after much back and forth did they offer a refund, which accidentally or intentionally did not fully cover the purchase price (the refund was 0.50 EUR short).

I will not be doing any business in future with this company.

Low quality product and cheating customer on consumer rights

This brand has nice marketing but zero customer focus when something goes wrong with your shoes:

1. Ultra low quality of product.

2. When came to the shop the smile changed to denial with shoes being pulled out of the packet for warranty claim.

3. Lady tried to cheat us that warranty is only for 1 year. We answered that it is 5 days till "1 year" and that in the EU the shoes warranty is 2 years by the law. End stop.

4. She tried another trick telling us it is extremely worn. I answered - look at my daughter (40kg, 152cm) who was wearing it occasionally to school only, look at the bottom of the sole - does it seem worn?
And in any case - if it is worn after a year then the quality is super low for 200EUR shoes. My daughter has Geoxes, Ecco, Nikes and they are flawless after wearing them every day for 2 years.

5. They may be dirty if you want but the sewing fallen apart in typical place for cheap, low quality shoes and that has nothing with shoes being clean or not.

6. The owner was called and tried to tell me it is extremely warn and warranty does not apply. After stating I am going straight to the police to log the case, he agreed to take it for factory inspection.

They took the shoes, I got the paper and they have never came back in mandatory 30 days since July 27th. So I am going to file a case now.

See the pictures and avoid paying high price for nothing but nice marketing story on low quality sneakers.
