I am extremely disappointed and am in half a mind to report this company to the ATO as I specifically requested Dell ultrasharp 27 as I was doing some color editing for a business and I made it very clear as to what I wanted, I was given a samsung 28 (bad color accurate, angle view monitor). I was unable to do my job, when I called I spoke to a rude customer agent who said I signed for that monitor. He had altered the names slightly so that when I signed I would sign for the wrong one, he had taken the branding out of the name title. This is a disgrace what I was given was not fit for my attended purpose. This is a disgrace!. Absolutely appalling experience
