Item was damaged. I contacted same day for a refund and I was getting not reply back. Contacted via whatsapp and email through the site. totally ignored. Site said I would get a refund on damaged items, went through website and offered a voucher, contacted about refund and got totally ignored

Ordered dresses in march,, its now july and dpd confirmed my dresses are back with them. They are not giving me a refund even though im entitled to one, and keep leaving me on seen. Have stolen hundreds from me

Love the dress and the fact that Hira cater to plus size ladies. The website was very easy to use, did not take long to find the dress I wanted. Service and communications was great, I received my salwaar suit within 5 days of placing the order. Overall it was a great experience and will be ordering in the future.

Really bad not true to sizes and when I want to return the suits they send one email says my return request is been submitted and I’m going to get on other email with instructions that how can I return the suits but it’s been 4 days and I’m still waiting for another email and I try to contact them by email and text messages but still haven’t got any response from them so really bad experience and waste of money

Absolutely amazing suits, the photos online didn’t do the suits justice, when they arrived they looked so beautiful, my girls were very pleased, delivery was very quick and the prices are affordable, the stitching was perfect and any embroidery was done with perfection, I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I was sent the wrong size bottoms and a different size top. I have been emailing since and no one bothers to respond to my emails! Disgraceful service. Would not recommend!!

It was easy to order with click and collect unfortunately I did not get a txt to collect. I just went to check and it was there disappointed that no message to collect
