Poor service!!! Wouldn't recommend, many time ignores your emails when wanting to return. i sent the outfit back an they dont refund to payment method, gives you a store credit "new policy" disappointed i will never buy again of them!!!

I ordered 14 items from Hira Textiles and was incredibly disappointed. The quality of the clothes was really bad—both the fabric and the stitching were subpar. To make matters worse, I didn’t even receive all the items I paid for. I ordered 14 pairs but just received 13 pairs.

When I reached out to customer service to address the issue, I received only a short and unhelpful response stating that everything had been shipped, with no further assistance or willingness to resolve the situation. Really poor customer service!

I absolutely do not recommend Hira Textiles to anyone looking for good quality or a professional customer experience.

I often buy from here. The quality and style of their clothing is 10/10. Fast delivery and I have never had an issue with them in regards of my order.

The product is good but trying to communicate with them is terrible. I tried messaging them prior to ordering but got no reply. Now I'm trying to exchange one of my product to a bigger size but no reply

Trying to return items to this seller is IMPOSSIBLE - I have tried to contact them using the web form, the phone number and the email address they give out in their replies to previous feedback but to no avail. The quality of the goods is not very good and nothing like what they describe on the website and their TikTok shop and on top of that they say that they will only give store credit which is damn right illegal and in breach of consumer law. They claim to be the UK’s largest supplier but in reality they are the UK’s largest con merchants and their customer service is non existent! I have reported them to the consumer helpline and the helpline has confirmed that they will be informing the local trading standards service so I hope they get closed down!! Please do not fall victim to these con merchants and buy your stuff from other reputable retailers. I just wish I had read their reviews before purchasing and if you are one of the people that have suffered at the hands of these thieves that take your money and then refuse to refund you then please contact the consumer support service and report them! It is the only way to teach them a lesson and get them to act within the UK laws.

I'm a first time buyer from this site. I've ordered from others in the past and been so disappointed as the items are never as advertised on the websites. THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH HIRA TEXTILES.

I ordered 4 outfits on Saturday and they arrived by Thursday - great delivery and all well packaged and sealed. No awful smells or odours.

Each item was exactly as the pictures showed. The pieces were lovely.

They are a reasonable website with great quality items and having tested them, I'll be going back for more.

I didn't need to contact customer services as the whole process has been seamless so can't comment on customer services other than the website and items do exactly as they advertise.

Quick delivery, outfits as shown and good quality. Happy customer 🙂

Beautiful clothes, didn't have my daughters size available but they contacted me straight away so i was able to change or refund, bought a different mother and daughter one instead unfortunately i changed my mind on which colours we want to wear so returned and the issue was sorted ❤️ overall great
