I ordered £50 worth of LED downlights from this website. They took my credit card payment immediately with no order acknowledgement and just sent "You've left something in your basket" emails inviting me to re-order at a discount - even though they'd taken payment.
The website, the sender of the emails and the merchant that had taken the payment were all different.
I got no acknowledgement, no dispatch information and no goods. I had to claim the money back from my credit card company.
I think the whole operation is a scam.

No delivery occurred, no response to emails/calls. They take your money and you can't get it back. Luckily I paid by credit card so my bank should be able to claw this back.

HinckleyFurnitureStore.com is not a genuine business and appears to be part of a large online scam.

They list tens of thousands of products (including well-known brands) at huge discounts that are simply not possible. They are not an authorised retailer for the products they show, and many brands — including mine — have no connection to them whatsoever.

The website is run from China, uses a Chinese payment processor, and offers no real customer support. In my experience, any money paid to this site is likely to be lost, as the products don’t exist and nothing is shipped.

If you’ve already ordered, contact your bank or card provider immediately to request a chargeback.

Please avoid this website and warn others. It’s set up to take your money, not deliver products.

The website generated an order number and took payment but no order ever came through email. No telephone number and emails went unanswered. No Product arrived and no communication so ordered a chargeback.
