Prices are too high. Shipping is terrible. Second month order was 6 days late. Customer service was hesitant to look into where the order was in the postal system. Telling me it’s on the way instead of looking at detailed tracking . Package was in transit and arriving late for 4 days.

The product worked well, and I initially paid for a one-year subscription. During that time, Pilot was acquired by Hims.
After 6 months, they required a follow-up appointment, which was simple enough to do online. However, after the appointment, they asked me to pay for a brand-new subscription. I contacted customer service, and while they kindly refunded the remaining half of my original subscription, the new prices were 20–30% higher! They clearly didn't want to honor existing pricing.
My advice would be to shop around. Australia doesn't want or deserve an American style healthcare system..

do not trust anything they say
I was trying to find info and see if i was even pre qualified and they asked for my credit card claiming i will only be charged if i get drugs and surprise surprise i was charged a subscription fee and had to fight hard to just get them to try and get billing to give me a refund. I have a feeling i am going to have to fight it with my HSA. will never ever use Hims for anything. they are a bunch of sneaky scumbags
