Forced to spend more money
Using Hilltopads as an advertiser for more than a year buying popunder ads. There are many sources with bots so I have to keep an eye on it.
But the most annoying is that you can't set minimal CPM as you want. The owners keep raising minimal CPM day by day. Even though I don't need so much traffic I can't set CPM I want.

Switched from other pop ad network, earnings go up and i'm satisfied, even with 7days payment hold. Only downside is their limited payout options.

My experience with hilltop
My experience with hilltop so far has been good. I appreciate the fact that they have a diverse payment option and always pay on time. Always. But the RPM is always not stable. Other than that I think it’s one of the best out there given their payment options, swift payment time and user friendly interface.

Scam They Don't Refund
I have deposited my money into the advertising account. Then l agreed with their manager that if my campaign could not get traffic l will refund my money. But now they're refusing to transfer my money back.
Try it at your own risk. They refused with my money and the support team is nolonger responding to my messages. But if you want to deposit they'll respond to you immediately.
100% Scam.
They Don't refund.

Hey there, please pay attention to our Terms&Conditions: the first deposit is non-refundable, but all your money are still on your HilltopAds balance. You can change the declined offer and launch a new ad campaign by spending the deposited funds. We don't deduct your money, it's yours. But we cannot make a refund of the first deposit in accordance to our rules.

Scammers!!! they are absolutely a scammers, they robbed me without any clarification, I launched my campaign in the morning, it got approved just before midnight, 10 minutes later all my daily budget was spent with no results then it stopped and just at 12:30am the campaign starts again and spent the daily budget again within 10 minutes, the account manager kept telling to change the keywords and change the type of phone, It's total BS they just wanted me to deposit again and rip me off, and when I said no the manager blocked me from telegram. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !!

Hilltopads is a scam network
Hilltopads is a scam network they don't pay publishers. Though they may initially pay low amounts, once a high balance is reached or daily earnings exceed $100, they will suddenly block your account without reason and claim that you have "low quality traffic" even if your traffic is top-notch. support is terrible, Email inquiries and messages to account managers in telegram and skype are left unanswered. STAY AWAY from this network or you will be sorry.
