I’m extremely disappointed with HilltopAds. After sending traffic as agreed, my account was closed right at the time of payment, without any clear reason or prior notification. I reached out to them for clarification, but they didn’t care about anything I explained and still shut down my account without payment.

Even more frustrating, other ad networks like ExoClick and TwinRed have no issues with my traffic, yet HilltopAds made baseless accusations. My advice: avoid this company! From my experience, they are unprofessional and seem like a scam that steals traffic without paying for it.

Extremely Disappointed with HilltopAds Customer Support and Refund Policy

I had a very disappointing experience with HilltopAds. After adding funds to my account, I decided to request a refund for personal reasons. I reached out to my account manager, Ruslan, to initiate the refund process, but it has now been over three weeks, and I still haven't received my money back.

Despite multiple follow-ups, I kept getting delayed responses and excuses. Every time I contacted support, I was told the matter would be handled soon, but nothing was resolved. The lack of transparency and the frustratingly slow responses left me feeling like they didn't care about my concerns.

Overall, HilltopAds’ customer support and refund process were unprofessional and time-consuming. If you’re considering using this platform, be cautious, especially when it comes to handling your funds.

I am totally worried about ther all bot traffic. Thay refund my money but from there that cut 6$ nearly for just a refund, Can You imagin'e? Thay cut your money If You ask for refund also. Please Do not wast your money here.

My Experience with hilltopads has been good. They have got a nice cpm which makes me earn more money unlike other platform ads …. I highly recommend them .. as they pay on time too

Better then adsterra and some other monetization platform. Good support. Best interface. Timely payouts. Many payment method. Just want High cpm. i think its low but better then adsterra.

Although all my traffic is from usa, 3000 views, 30 clicks for a banner and revenue $0.005. I can't find a word to say to you, you are a joke. You are a labor thief and a scammer.

I give 3 points because I don't like the 7 days payout hold and high commission on USDT payments. 0.35% per transaction and another + 4 USD. This is pure robbery

Wast time & money with this scams platform, just they reply you with good communication before the deposit, and after they will decline all your ads and even they won't reply to your msg.
