There's no such a thing as next day…

There's no such a thing as next day delivery, I paid for next day delivery and I got my products in more than a week, I wonder what if I was going for the standard delivery?? One month?? 😅 👎

Apologies for the delay in our response. Like many other UK businesses, during this time we have had reduced staff numbers and within the last few weeks, we have returned to normality.

I am always upset to see these reviews, as we strive for excellent customer service.

What I can see is that we did have a stocking issue on this line of products, but we did contact you to arrange alternative arrangements - Yet we did unfortunately not receive a response.

We are genuinely sorry that you felt the need to leave a negative review & I hope you give us the opportunity to prove how good our customer service really is.

EXPANDER-D KIT

Have purchased other products by Hilltop before this time a EXPANDER-D KIT for cable sleeving. Great product, first class service and a good price.
Thoroughly recommended.

Problems with order but company did rectify

I didn't receive the product I ordered, but although it was some months later (due to lockdown) the company did come back to me and process a refund, which was much appreciated.

I was disappointed to see this review, I have taken a look at your order and I can see that it was placed on the 19th June after work hours & despatched the following day on a Royal Mail 48 Service.

I made a small purchase recently

I made a small purchase recently, and wrote an email asking some questions about a couple of items. They were very very low cost items, but the management still took the time to send a “personal” email to me. Brilliant. It shows me a company that really cares. That says it all to me
