Quick delivery, and the best price I could find.

The cork stopper you supplied has a defect running the full depth of the stopper along its edge meaning it is incapable of providing a good seal. I phoned in and reported the problem and was told that someone who deals with complaints would call me back. To date nobody has. I am expecting a replacement cork stopper.

I ordered a four plug extention, and cable tidy. Delivery was prompt, products where of good construction, and material. Ideal for the purpose intended.

Automatic hand sanitiser very good although delivery was poor. Paid for next working day and item was 4 working days before arrival, Ordered late pm on Friday ( Expected delivery on Tuesday and after several calls the Item arrived on the following Thursday.

This is the first time I have purchased Hilltop Products and I would not hesitate to use this company again. The product is excellent and as described. Arrived on time with short lead time.

I don’t have a good experience with this company I ordered the item and I would like to return and refund the item because it’s a wrong item I tried to call them, webform, Emails and chats but not even single responds from them to let me know how to return and refund the item. The same and answer on chat that someone will Comical to me .. but no one .. How come they don’t know the process of return and refund the item ? Or they just want to take the money of you .? Really not happy with the product and customer service

Product quality good but order processing and support lets the company down. Product was dispatched in a different length and quantity to that ordered (and invoiced) which made it short for our application. No redress offered on raising the issue. A pity as this was our first and, now, probably last business with Hilltop.
