Great shopping experience, visited site & was able to choose my tree fern. Would definitely use again. The only downside was I used the post code on the web site but they seem to take me to the centre of Oxford but I’m sure that would have been amended by now.

Absolutely first class service after issues trying to pay for my online order, Nicky was very helpful ( even though it was a Sunday) the plant arrived very safely packaged, so pleased I’ve found hillside exotics this was my first order but definitely won’t be my last, highly recommended

When I first put in an order they were sold out - but did inform me when they were re-stocked. I ordered a bundle of different colocasias, which came beautifully wrapped and presented - and looking v. Healthy so far their future is now up to me! A very professional supplier and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I went to collect my plants in person as i live local and Nicky was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and we had a nice chat. Will 100% purchase from Hillside again. Oh and the plants were in superb condition, just as expected and advertised!
