We recently had Venetian blinds fitted throughout our house and the entire experience was outstanding from beginning to end. The professionalism shown was second to none — punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely efficient throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, everything was explained clearly, and the fitting was carried out to a very high standard with great attention to detail.
The blinds themselves look fantastic and were fitted perfectly, but what really stood out was the level of customer service and workmanship. Everything was completed neatly and professionally, with no mess left behind. It’s rare to come across such reliable and skilled service these days. We are absolutely delighted with the result and would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality products and a genuinely professional experience.

Iv had 3 shutters fitted this week by Perkins (315374). He was very polite and provided a great service. It was exactly what I wanted and that we discussed previously to the fitting. He worked non stop until the job was complete. In general Hillarys provided a fantastic service from start to finish. I would recommend them for all types of blinds and shutters. I was disappointed that they did not take away the rubbish ie cardboard and plastic. I recommend that they change their policy concerning this issue

This is the second time I used Hillarys and I am again very satisfied with the quality of the blinds (2 electric roller blinds). My advisor Des Hayes (315431) was professional, punctual and efficient. He did a great job measuring and fitting the blinds. He also took time to reprogram two older electric blinds in my living room, which wasn't part of his job. I'm delighted with the result and can't recommend him enough. I would definitely use Hillarys again if I need new blinds.

We recently used Hillarys for curtains in our new build home and were extremely impressed with the service from start to finish.

We were able to arrange a consultation very quickly, and Jervis (Explorer) visited with a fantastic range of fabrics and styles to choose from. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process very easy.

The curtains were ready within just a few weeks, and Jervis returned on the exact date he had originally given us to complete the fitting. He fitted curtains in four rooms in one day and did an outstanding job. Everything was finished to a very high standard, and he left the house spotless afterwards.

The curtains look absolutely beautiful and add a really luxurious finish to each room. We are delighted with the final result and would highly recommend Hillarys, especially Jervis, for their professionalism, reliability, and excellent customer service.

James who came to install my automatic blinds, honestly one of the best tradesperson experiences I've had. He was punctual, friendly, and fast. Got the measurements spot on. And whole job was done before lunch, which I really appreciated.

Beyond the speed, James was thorough and helpful. He walked me through exactly how the automatic blinds work and made sure I felt confident using them before he left. No rushing out the door the second the job was done.

The one knock is the wait, over three weeks from down payment to installation date is a bit much. Not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing going in. Quality of materials is great, very stylish design and super intuitive to use. James himself deserves a full five stars.

Love my blinds customer service was veey helpful. Only thing was no communication with rep regarding when my blinds were arriving. I had to ring hilarys myself numerous times as I work during the day and I didnt have a time or day for appointment..

Choice was very good. Appointments were on time, personnel were polite and helpful and we got the sale price as we booked an appointment before the sale ended - although the call out and order was some weeks later.

Very happy customer. My blackout curtains weren't as dark as I needed them for my night shifts so Hillarys sorted that out with a blackout blind as well as the curtains. A little slow on communications but got there in the end and very happy with the results. Thank you

I'd like to thank Gareth Thomas for his kind support in installing the blackout blinds. He recommended lovely colors for my three bedrooms, they were matching the furniture and the flooring. I appreciate the extra mile efforts and bringing them on time. Installation was only 30 minutes for three blinds, so that was awesome.
I highly recommend Hillarys, they have a good booking system and a wide selection of materials and colors.
