I had roller and vertical blinds installed on 13 May by Hillary’s advisor Alan #315361. On his first visit to measure he really helped me choose the correct colour for the blinds. He also explained how the blinds would be fitted (which was very helpful) and the date the blinds would be installed. The day before, Alan contacted me to confirm the blinds were ready and he would be installing them on the day specified and gave me a time frame. He arrived on time. Blinds installed - delighted with the blinds particularly the valance on the roller blinds. I was extremely pleased with the whole transaction with Hillary’s. Alan is a complete professional and a very friendly person. I would certainly recommend Alan and Hillarys for anyone needing Blinds.

Slavic called from Hillary's on time for our appointment and from the moment of meeting him we were treated in a very professional manner. No question was left unanswered. We discussed options of different budgets but at no time did I feel pressured. I received several quotes with options discussed and was given the time to think it over and choose. His knowledge of products was a great help. Once the blinds were selected and paid for we received a date for delivery. This time frame was also met. Slavic also fitted the blinds, the area was kept clean, he ensured we were happy with the blinds. He advised on our guarantee. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hillary's.

Stewart Case was just the perfect fitter. He arrived and left at the time that he had predicted leaving everywhere spotless. The curtains and blinds are beautiful and really furnish the rooms.

We recently had Venetian blinds fitted throughout our house and the entire experience was outstanding from beginning to end. The professionalism shown was second to none — punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely efficient throughout the whole process. Iv had 3 shutters fitted this week by Perkins (315374). He was very polite and provided a great service. It was exactly what I wanted and that we discussed previously to the fitting. He worked non stop until the job was complete. In general Hillarys provided a fantastic service from start to finish. I would recommend them for all types of blinds and shutters. I was disappointed that they did not take away the rubbish ie cardboard and plastic. I recommend that they change their policy concerning this issue
