This is the email I got when I asked for a refund and help for the return. Never buy from this company they are a fraud. I ordered a toy dog for my niece and was shocked at what I received, not at all what they advertised..

According to our Return & Exchange Policy, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of package reception and if the products are in new, unused condition with the original packaging.

If you want to send the order back for exchange or refund, the return shipping fee needs to be afforded by yourself.

Considering the high shipping fee to return it all the way back to our warehouse (about return shipping fee is $50-$80), will it be possible to offer a $8.00 refund to you as a way to make up for this? It is more convenient for you.

ZERO Review! THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM COMPANY and don't fall for their false advertising of products.

They truly should be shut down! However, given they are a company from China there is very little that can be done.

Total garbage. I ordered the rabbit and fox ornaments and received a picture of each glued to a piece of plastic. The web site showed an artisan creating a full ornament. I immediately emailed for a full refund and was offered $8 on a $44.97 bill. I was told in the return email that charges for return shipping could be in the $50-$80 range. ???????????? DO NOT buy anything from this web site. It is a total scam to get your money.

Fell for the ad with the supposed lifelike puppy. DO NOT PURCHASE one. They are absolute crap and do not work. Facebook should really check out traders that use their site as well as TV networks that show their ads.

I recieved two dogs for my granddaughters. What an absolute scam. I can buy these for 5 euro each, and i paid 69 euro now. Unbelievable that this is possible. I wont buy anything anymore and will never recommened this company to anybody. Terrible

Received toy dog today. What an absolute scam. Nothing like the advert. You would expect to buy this at a street market for £5. Don’t know how they are allowed to operate

The pictures in the add for the woodland creatures
are a total lie. They look like 3-D ornaments. Instead I spent over $70 for four cheap plastic ornaments. I wish I had never done business with this fraudulent company and I wish I had read these review before believing what the pictures in the ad showed.

Ordered 2 items as Xmas gifts for my grandchildren in the UK. Ordered early Nov and still not received and now flying from NYC to London tomorrow without the items being delivered. Emails do not work. Totally dissatisfied and will not use this site again. The only efficient thing was the speed with which they took my $50.00!!

The product they sent was transfered to another carrier and the package was never delivered. Even the tracking number was different. I got Scammed

FYI I received one laminated flat picture of the animal in the acorn..... So disappointing....i Also believe i was led to believe that i would get a set of 4 of these ornaments.... so i ordered 4 different animals ..... Paid 89.00 for 4 flat pieces of paper laminated.???!!!!

I would give this company NO stars! They are a FRAUD! I placed an order for hats and the items that were advertised were not what were sent. They sent crappy knockoffs that didn’t resemble the item one iota. In order to return the items it costs a horrific amount to ship. So they offer you a measly $8.00 to keep the crap! This CHINA company needs to be banned from doing business in the USA. Spread the word! Don’t waste your money or time with this company.

Total scammers. The toy dog I received was absolutely nothing like what was being advertised on the website I was looking at. I ended up with a cheap yappy puppy. DO NOT BUY A FROPLAY PUPPY

Got 5 acorn christmas ornaments and paid over $75 for them. They were delivered and I paid for a piece of plastic with a picture glued to it and a piece of string. Theybwere going to be gift. Nope I would be embarrassed to give them as a gift.
BUY NOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Save your money. Refund is impossible!!!!

I never write reviews but I am so irritated by this misrepresentation that I have made an exception.
I bought a Floplay Zoomer Pup which was supposed to be an innovative AI toy. The product arrived in a small sack with no paper work and was exactly 6 1/2 inches in length. A small dog it certainly is!! When fitted with 2 AA batteries it moves forward and backwards on the same spot, the end result being that it hardly makes any progress at all. I bought this because it sounded like an interesting and enjoyable toy. It is in fact an absolute rip off. Please do not buy it for a child's present because they are likely to be bitterly disappointed. The advertising seemed so exciting. I shall attempt to get my money back but having read the other reviews I am not very hopeful. The other factor was that it took a very long time for delivery and when EVRI did eventually deliver it they claimed that they had delivered it to my house and had in fact delivered to the wrong address completely. I should have known better.

Absolute criminals!!! They claimed they tried to deliver even tho I gave correct address...they refused to refund my money...I lost everything!!! Absolute criminals...do NOT buy

The item I ordered is a toy dog that takes batteries. The dog moves when the batteries are in and it has one On/Off switch. The switch doesn’t work. You need to remove a battery to stop it. I’ve contacted their customer support 3 times. These geniuses want me to take a video so they can send it to the manufacturer to try and diagnose why the On/Off switch isn’t working. Enough Said!!!!!!!!!!

and still ordered these pieces of crap. Confirmed as soon as I received the "being delivered" notice I'd made a big mistake. Another lesson learned the hard way.

Scam . The glasses were not specialized lenses. Common2+ reading glasses available at local chemist for less than
$20. I paid $59.95...

This company should not be able to sell online. The item description and advertising is deceiving. I paid 64.99 for two froplay zoomerpups and would like to returned them. The seller does not offer a return label back to CHINA and the cost is 62.00 with tracking number. This is a scam and should be permitted in the USA. Let's stop having these companies taking our money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM JUNK

Got these miracle glasses today & these are absolute crap!!! they do nothing for your vision it's just a total lie/scam you can't even really see out of them clearly.
Mine arrived with finger print smears on the lenses so I guess I wasn't the first person to get "this" pair.
You can get higher quality from a cheep shop or chemist for a lot less.

E-mailed them for process of returning they replied fast but I think it was an AI, they have sent return address & of course I pay the postage with some kind of deal "We'll give you $8 refund to make up for this" I asked is that my refund or towards postage costs? No reply yet.
Update: if you paid with PayPal lodge a complaint with them, send screenshots of their false accusations and the return policy & the insulting offer of $8 refund & PayPal will normally refund if still in return policy time as I have been & glasses went to the bin.
