This is the most fraudulent company I have ever dealt with. The product ordered, then received was low life cheap & nothing like advertised! I will try to assist in any way to have them removed from USA services & prosecuted to the fullest extent! Please do not order anything from this low life company! It’s a scam!

This is a company that is clearly skilled in stealing your money. As another review stated, I also purchased the acorn animal ornaments that were 'sold' as 3 dimensional and of a size approaching a tennis ball. Acorn' 'cup, little animal and acorn top as a 'cap'. Not even close. 1/8th inch thick plastic with picture on each side of what I describe and a hair over 2 inches dia. I would guess that no matter what they sell is junk based on the reviews....all one star. My bad for not checking here first.

A complete misrepresentation of the item. I expected four (4) small stuffed animals and received four (4) plastic cards ($70). Ridiculous.

This company is a total rip off. They say that they are a 100 % returnable items. They neglect to tell you that you have to pay for your own shipping , which is sixty dollars or more. The merchandise was not as described. It was overpriced , and it was a piece of garbage.
They offer you 1/5 of the purchase price and you don't have to return it.
Most of the reviews I have read , say the same thing.
I would never purchase from this company again.

The dog on the advertisement just nothing like what I received. It is very sad I work hard everyday to provide for my family. I worked overtime just so I could order two of these puppies for my grandsons for Christmas. I was very disappointed because they didn't get here on time and they were nothing like the advertisement.

I ordered two of the Book Lover Cup which I meant to give one to my daughter because she is a bookworm. The picture showed a Glass shiny big size cup. I paid around $40 each. What I received was a Plastic Small size cup around 8 oz which if I saw in person at a store wouldn't pay more than $6-10 max.
Cheap products sold for very high price that you think you are getting something unique and high quality!?! So disappointed.
Shipping time was reasonable though.

I have just received a robot dog that is nothing like the one advertised. It’s a cheap copy from China. I have emailed them demanding my money back. As it wasn’t in a gift, this makes two people disappointed. How do they get away with it.

I order 7 warmer coats but it didn't come with the power bank. Also, the quality of the coats are so thin, very poor quality. When I emailed the customer service. They said I have to pay for my own shipping fee and send it all the way to China. Im not so sure about when can I get my money back. I paid over 200 something for this cheap coats. Not even worth it! Don't buy it from them.

Over priced and not at all what you think you're getting. For $80 I got 4 flat, nothing special ornaments. Waste of money

SCAMMERS - period. I ordered the Ohio State Commemorative Whiskey Bottle. It was advertised to be made of high quality glass - nope, cheap plastic, had a football stopper - nope, a black flat cheap piece of plastic, and a beautiful lined gift box - nope, nothing. I sent an email to return product and they said they would refund but I would have to pay shipping costs of $50 to $80 - paid $44.99 for the bottle. Save your money - stay clear. I wish I could give zero stars.

When it came it wasn't even packed in a box it was small. It didn't work
So I pack it back up and sent it to the return address what was on the bag it came in
As there were no Invoice with it with another address
When I emailed them they told me I should have sent it toSonggang Tianyang that's not the return address what was on the parcel so they told me I won't be getting my money back so I Would Like to warn people be careful as the advertised product is not what it seams

SCAM ALERT. They showed an animated toy puppy (Froplay Zoomer Pup) that was supposed to make natural movements. It didn't. It was a cheap piece of crap. And then to return, they say oh it will cost you $80 to return and provide you an address in China when the original shipping was from FLORIDA for $10. The product did not have any labeling on it; it was like buying from Goodwill. A false video promoted the product using computer-generated animation, not the actual product. And the color of the dog was not the same as ordered.

Horrible mis representation! We got nothing like it was advertised!
Spent $50+ for a toy dog. Said they were made local, but was mailed from over seas.
Not even a way to return! Shameful!!

This company is a scam. Ordered a book stack glass art mug and received a cheap garbage knockoff that looks nothing like the item pictured.

I ordered a USB neck and shoulder heating pad directly from hilipert.com. By not paying close attention to the order, I thought I ordered one, but when the order went through it was for two and one. I wrote them and asked them to correct the order, which thy did promptly. When the pad came, it was a Christmas present for my wife), it did not work. They offered me 8$ on a $69 purchase and I could keep the pad instead of sending it back. So I am sending it back. Because they are located in China the cost of return was half the cost of the original purchase, I will see if the refund my purchase. DO NOT buy from this Company. Located in China their products are junk. I should have know better.

I saw an advertisement online for a robot AI dog that was so real, I just had to get them for both my sisters’ families for Christmas. I ordered them on Dec. 11th and not only did they not get here until the 24th so I had no time to think of something else, they were about the size of my hand, had fixed eyes instead of moving ones, and would only walk and bark instead of responding to commands. I could have bought something like these in 1980 and they might have been fun for my nieces and nephews when they were 8, but Now I’m embarrassed to even look at them, much less give the, away. My Christmas is ruined, I’m crushed, and out $58. Go nowhere near this company.

The Adorable FroPlay Zoomer Pup is completely misrepresented. From the miniscule size ( the whole unit fits in the palm of my hand )to the battery container not closing, this is completely useless and definitely not ready for prime-time!
I will consider this a lesson learned since no way will my money be refunded. I have not received any response to my emails and I am not paying to return them to Hong Kong. Looks like it's gift cards for the grandkids this year.

I purchased a toy dog from this company, and the product I received is not as advertised on the website. The item looks significantly different from the photos and does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.
In addition, the toy consumes batteries extremely quickly, making it impractical to use. Due to its poor build quality and unreliable performance, I do not consider it suitable or safe for a young child.
The item cost $60, but based on what I received, I would not value it at more than $10. The product is not fit for its intended purpose and does not meet reasonable consumer expectations.
Overall, this purchase was very disappointing and feels misleading. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this company.
