Reliable and high service
I found the ecco earpods after a long search. Important for me was the stable connection with iPhone and a nice design and colour. Unfortunatly Hilio was unable to meet the shipping deadline, because of the heat the delivery was delayed. Hilio provided me 20% refund, what I really appreciate, because instead of the Ecco I buyed other EarPods for my vacation. After the vacation I now compare the two and what a huge difference, the Ecco is more comfortable and the quality of connection and sound are much better.

Great little bluetooth speakers
The product I bought is perfect for what I need and despite some delay in delivery it reached me safe and sound.

I’m satisfied with the service provided by the webshop. The delivery of my headphone was delayed, so I contacted customer service. They handled my inquiry quick in a personal and professional manner and found a suitable solution. In the end, the headphone is delivered on time after all. Cancellation went very smooth.
After ordering a pair of headphones I decided to cancel the order because in hindsight I would like to look around more.
Hilioshop responded very quickly (within a day) and were able to cancel the order before it was shipped. They were very nice and understanding about it all. Even though I did not buy anything here this time I would consider them for future purchases.

Concernant le délai de livraison : votre commande a été passée le dimanche 10 mai et est arrivée le lundi 18 mai, ce qui correspond à 6 jours ouvrés avec un week-end entre les deux. Nous comprenons tout à fait le sentiment que les Pays-Bas sont juste à côté, et vous avez raison de dire que cela ne devrait pas prendre autant de temps. Nous travaillons activement avec de nouveaux transporteurs plus rapides pour réduire les délais de livraison, donc cela devrait s'améliorer dans les mois à venir.
Concernant les sacs de rechange, filtres et autres accessoires : vous pouvez tous les commander directement sur notre site hilioshop.com. Les délais de livraison pour les accessoires peuvent actuellement être un peu plus longs que pour le produit principal, mais nous y travaillons également.
