Ordered Item over a week ago, paid for delivery, email and information says item will be with me 4-5 days. Checked tracking and item as not even been dispatched. Online chat non existent. Bot refers you to speak to an agent and then closes the chat so you cannot speak to someone. Thought such a repitable brand I would have no problems. Utterly shocked to see such a low rating for a well known brand. Ordered item for holiday however will now have to purchase more clothes leaving me out of pocket. NOT HAPPY.
Totally unprofessional and lack of courtesy
Waiting to pay in queue when the staff member decided after serving to not make any contact with me whatsoever and gather up the hangers behind her and take them to the back of the store so we were left waiting!!!! Absolutely disgusting no professionalism or courtesy she could have said so many sentences to us but ignoring is unacceptable when there is a queue!!!! This was in MCArthurGlen Bridgend outlet.

I ordered 3 bags online, all in brand new excellent condition. Returned 1 back, had no problems and received my refund within the designated time frame. Great service!
Stinky jacket
Unbelievable. I spent nearly £150 on a jacket and felt like it came straight from a fish market. Absolutely stank of fish. I tried calling customer service and stayed on hold for 40 minutes. I emailed them numerous times and yet no reply.

If I could give it minus stars I would. My husband has been trying to return a coat that is too large since before christmas. No return label in box, no ability to download from their website, dont answer the phones, live chat or email. I finally contacted them on "x" which resulted in them emailing my husband to say a label would be delivered to him. Not told when. It arrived when we were out. Brought it to a a UPS drop off point. Wont scan is showing an error and have tried this at a number of locations. To date, we are still trying to return the coat which wasnt cheap. TH have now boxed off the query on emails and no longer responding on "x". Worst experience I have ever encountered from someone who does a fair bit of online shopping. I would have thought a company like TH would have had a better customer experience.

Received my item but does not fit and no return label in the box. Items have not been added to my online account so I cannot even print one off. Now let's get to customer service which basically doesn't exist. Live chat/WhatsApp/phone no one answers or do they reply, I've sent a few emails requesting a return label but not sure they'll get back. So thats me done ordering anything of them online ever again...uv been warned.

Terrible company to deal with. Customer service is basically nonexistent. I sent four emails and never received a response. I couldn’t get through to anyone by phone, and their online chat had me waiting for over an hour—only to then add another hour to the wait time.
