This company is an absolute joke. The clothes are really shabby and badly made and do not respond to emails when requesting a refund. Do not buy from this dreadful outfit

Are we talking about Hilda and Rose, which claims to be in Oxford, but is clearly in China, does not dispatch the items ordered within any reasonable timeframe, and doesn't respond to emails chasing? If we are, just report it to your credit card company and get your money back. Don't fall for the charming pictures of the mystical shop in Oxford. It's a scam.

This ‘company’ is disgraceful. They will take advantage with their false advertising and send you absolute rubbish. They aren’t honest about their return policy so make it seem they are based in Europe but then expect the customer to pay TRACKED to return to China. Returns cost more than the shoddy clothes are worth. The items that arrive are nothing like the photos they have clearly stolen from other websites. If you reach out to complain on social media, they just block you. They ought to be ashamed.

Scam. Ordered 2 items worth £80 together and the material is cheap, not worth £8. It isn't the wollen hoodie advertised
Can't get refund as need to post back to China.

Scam. Didn't check reviews, ordered a cashmere jumper. After five weeks item has still not arrived.
I believe this company is based in China but holds itself out as a London based company.
Avoid at all costs.

They look genuine with a London shop address which is findable on Google maps.

I was told a delivery time of 1-3 business days. 10 days later, no sign of the item. When I look at the confirmation of purchase email, it takes me to a tracking site called "Shop" that once access to my email content not just basic details. The shop does not respond to emails. I'll see if it ever arrives.

Update: I had a response to my email agreeing to a refund 15 days after the purchase (the item hadn't yet been dispatched). The refund was paid that day.

This is a SCAM! do not buy! they pretend to politely reply to you but they charge you and do not even ship your order for a month! after that. You will wait for 2 months and will get a poor quality garment - not the one you ordered.

Scamming company. The website is very professional and implies it is a Scandinavian or at least from the Uk. I ordered a beautiful knitted top with embroidery on it. I got a cheap polyester “garment “ nasty and with a printed photograph of embroidery on it. No response from the company. BEWARE!

Shockingly poor experience. Expected delivery 2 to 5 days! Try 5 weeks plus and still waiting. Having read reviews and seeing similar items for sale from other SCAMMER SITES I.E. LUMIN OF LONDON, I can well imagine the woollen knitted hoody will be a cheap out of focus print on a terrible nylon material. I've email for updates and get flannel about blah blah blah. Would rate the minus 5 stars. Hope this helps someone from making same mistake. AVOID
