Scam customer service

I've ordered the bike on 26th of April when I realised after the purchase what's written in the return page

We don't return the bikes but providing a limited lifetime warranty

On the same hour emailed them to cancel the order,

I sent an email for 3 days in raw and they didn't respond and didn't have any phone numbers on the website.

Horrible experience, now I'm waiting to see when they respond back

If you would like to buy any of their bikes you have to buy it through Amazon or a certified seller
