Lacking support
My experience with Hikerdelic's service team was disappointing and, overall, frustrating. Although some of my challenges were resolved in the end, it required a lot of effort on my part to get the support I needed over a period of several months. And, while I agree that the quality of their products are generally good, I did receive an item that was scratched and scuffed with no offer to remedy the situation. I also found the sizing for some of their clothing off and that's what sparked my main challenge with them (overseas exchange). I like their products, but would be hesitant to purchase from their website again in case I have questions or issues about a future order.

After reviewing your case, we can see that you had mentioned you did not wish to return or exchange the scratched item, and were instead sharing this as feedback. Regarding your return, it appears the parcel was sent without being marked as “return of goods,” which resulted in it being sent back to you and caused delays. A free returns label was then provided, and we can confirm that your return has now been successfully processed.

Sale purchases
