I saw a girl posting a link saying that if we sign up through it, we would receive a free “view makeup package.”
She shared her experience, and many others did the same.
So I entered the link based on that.
But then I was asked to create an account and add my card details to pay only 2 JOD for shipping.
I did that.
But later, I discovered that it was your website, and you started charging my card even though I didn’t buy anything from you, and I don’t want to buy anything at all.
I am requesting the amounts that were charged from my card.
Imani told me that the money will be refunded to me, and that is what will make me satisfied.

Misleading experience
I visited the site through an add for a completely different company, namely decathlon, that would supposedly sell me a backpack fit 9€. After I clicked on the icon to pay for the backpack I was transferred to a site that asked me to pay 2€. When I realised what happened, I tried to cancel my subscription but I had to wait 24 hours for the cancel link to work. Today I received information that my card had been charged with a subscription, which I have tried to cancel from the first 5 minutes of falsely activating. I find all the procedure misleading.
