Fantastic product for saving spacev

Good product. But I feel the delivery charge is excessive for 4-5 day delivery.
It was not a large parcel and for £7.50 I would at least expect next day delivery and a tracked package

Excellent service and excellent product. This is the only bed my dog doesn't try to destroy and he loves his snuggly topper. We have tried so hard to keep him off our bed and at last we seem to have found the answer.

Have used for years. Delivery good, quality excellent. Dogs love them.
Just wish I had ordered the protectors as well as puppies started chewing one bed already. Protectors Now ordered.

Product is sturdy and as described; made in the UK and our greyhound seems comfortable on the bed; bought with a topper for added comfort, could probably get away with just throwing a quilt over the top. But it’s neat and off the floor and reduced condensation air flow is mainly what we wanted.

Products a bit pricey but very good service.

Really good quality, easy to assemble and my dogs love it. Arrived very quickly. Will be ordering more because my dogs are fighting over it. Love the fact that an incontinent dog can have a puppy pad placed between the layers of the mesh to stop it sleeping on a wet bed. Highly recommend.

Excellent product

Was informed of delivery throughout.
Bed itself was easy to put together. I did need a little help as it was the xx-large size and needed someone to hold it while I slipped on the cover. The mesh cover is good quality (it was the heavy duty one) and seems sturdy enough.
The xx-large fits both of my Labradors comfortably (although my girl has decided to have the whole space to herself!).
I have bought other beds before but they are nowhere near the quality of this HiK9 bed. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from Original HiK9! I had easy and quick advice from them via the live chat feed on their website, to help me figure out the correct sized bed needed for my Yorkie & Shorkie (who like to curl up together)
Delivery was quick and arrived in perfect condition. Putting the bed together was easy. Fitting the fleecy cosy sleeve, which involved sliding it over the bed frame was a little trickier. But I suppose that's the point - if it takes a little effort for me to put it on, it'll be difficult for my dogs to pull it off!
Most importantly, my dogs LOVE their new bed. As soon as I'd finished assembling it, they jumped straight on. I was a little wary about how they'd take to this change to their sleeping arrangement, but I needn't have worried.
The best thing is that the bed doesn't smell at all! I'm amazed that there's still none of the mustiness you usually get with a well slept in dog bed.
I only wish I'd bought one sooner!
