I've been to your hostel once or twice a year for several years; it's always been great, suited to my travel needs. As far as checking in, I didn't notice anything, and I got my reservation, so it must have been OK. What I don't like, although I recognize the value, is filling out surveys for all my activities. Except you dont have ferarri in front for guests and no 5 stars michelin food, everybody from the desktop was super friendly. And for those who come in to a hostel and want to be like on Marriott, wake up.

The website doesn’t provide me the list of all rooms available or other options. Just booked what appeared in my screen. But I’m giving it 4 stars for the affordability.

I tried to book on the site but there was problems with booking first the pop up for cookies is supposed to come up and tell me about cookies etc and I check it off but the pop up doesn’t come up so I had to try to book my trip.i haveNorton also so it may be blocking pop ups also so I switched computers and finally booked with the hostel

Good service. It’s possibile to improve information about how to arrive from airport to hostel

I was booking 4 nights in two separate weeks and could not proceed with my booking as this totalled 8 nights. I was told I could only book 7 nights, surely this is 7 consecutive nights not where they are three nights apart. So I have had to make this booking in a different way and make a part booking, with the need to add further nights to suit my requirements.

Great location, breakfasts are nice and convenient and the free tours were amazing!

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are appropriate. The kitchen is well equipped, there are washing machines, dryers, a nice lobby to meet with others, and a quiet library where you can work. There is also a nice offer of events, so you are able to connect to other travelers. What would be perfect, would be some small lights for each bad. My bed was also a bit loud when I turned around - that was a little annoying. All in all, a good experience and I recommend staying here.

Site was easy to use on Android and had no problems! All good.

I couldn't find a field to give my membership-number of the german youth-hostel organiasation.(So I am a member of the Hostelling Internation!) I think that I didn't get the whole reduction!

Why have I by a aditional e-memberschip??
