When we look at the Morning Star website, the rollar rate is one, but the rate appearing in the Highglobe is not. I know you say you have your own way of calculating the rate, but that is not ok in my opinion, there are already credible sources we can both check the rate.

We understand the frustration when rates don't match up. To clear things up, Higlobe offers the live commercial rate during Brazilian market hours (roughly 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM BRT), which you can track in real time on platforms like TradingView or Bloomberg.
Outside of market hours, the commercial market is closed. Because we want to offer you the convenience of PIX withdrawals 24/7, our after-hours rate is based on the live buy and sell demand of USDC. This is why you will see a difference compared to the standard commercial rate during those times.
We just use different systems so you always have the choice to withdraw your money whenever you need it.

Experience great receiving payments, but website load slow
My experience was great so far, receiving don't incur in any expenses and the pix happens at same time.
I just noted that the website loading is really slow, some times I have to reload the website multiple times, you could improve this service.
