Avoid at all costs

I strongly strongly recommend not to deal with these people. They embody everything that is negative regarding property management, such as: knowing about issues at property and doing nothing for months and months, hiring overpriced contractors without supervision, always shifting responsibility on others, lying, etc. They keep changing company names as negative reviews pile up fast. Mark and Denis are the worst

Shockingly poor property management

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Highwood Estates has been extremely frustrating.

Essential repairs have been left unresolved for months despite repeated reports and written evidence. When complaints escalate, the agency claims they were unaware of the issues, even though they had clearly been notified. Promises to fix problems are made, then communication stops and nothing happens for long periods.

This pattern of delays and lack of accountability has created unnecessary tension between residents and property owners and has allowed small problems to become much bigger ones.

Based on this experience, I would strongly advise people to think carefully before using this agency, and I would personally recommend avoiding dealing with Mark.
