Company refuses to comply with its own stated 100% guaranteed refund and return policy. I’ve sent four requests for them to send me a
shipping label. They keep telling me to send them pictures and measurements of the shirt. I think they are just stalling to get past their 30 days return policy. Crappy quality shirt that appears to be made for a 10 yr old little boy vs. the proper ‘large’ adult male size that I ordered.

This website is truly excellent!! The product I ordered was too small, and after exchanging emails, the company exchanged it without any problem, even giving me a more suitable model. Thank you to them.

They sent the wrong item. The item was not as marketed, size xxxlarge and Im petite and smelled heavy of smoke. SCAM all the way.

Did not receive item , refunded by paypal while case was under review , paypal sided with unscrupulous seller highway 66 and tried to take payment again .

Terrible. I ordered a Harley Davidson Card holder. They put stickers on it. I've had mine less than a month and the stickers are coming off already. I wouldn't waste time or money buying anything from them.

Ordered a sweatshirt. Received a lined shirt. I always wear a medium. I should have ordered a XL. Poor quality. The picture shows sparkles. Nope...What a wasted $60...

The hood of this sweatshirt is so poorly made that you could fit two heads in it.

I bought a jacket and pants, these are junk, they are iron on patches that peel off, how are they still selling crap, WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT BUY JUNK SCAM CRAP!!

Another scam offshore outfit. I purchased a Levi jacket in my size but not only was it way too small but cheaply made as well. I told them I wanted to return it but they kept putting me off and asking me to take pictures, first of the jacket and size tag, which I did, then they wanted a picture of a tape measure measurement of both the width and the height, which I also sent - even tho I was wondering what the measurements had to do with a return, and then they responded that they wanted the width measurement photo to be armpit to armpit instead of at the bottom - even tho it’s the same damn width across the bottom as it is across the chest, but I responded with yet another email - which came back UNDELIVERABLE.
Suckered again. My first question is why does Facebook post these crooks’ advertisements, and is there no recourse, no nothing, that can be done about this, just because it’s coming from China or India - like haha, gotcha - too F’ing bad?!?!

I would give them a zero if that was an option. Overpriced for low quality . Shipped the wrong item , I contacted them and they said they would send the correct item. I tried contacting them several times to see if they had shipped and on the third try they blocked my email. Scammers!!!!

Such a shitty company. I ordered things that were of the lowest quality. I tried to contact customer service several times, but there was no response. This company is just out to rip you off. Never order from them.

Then sent the wrong item. Twice I have contacted there support and they requested photos. They have never responded to correct issue ! I have tried to call there support number and it's not a good number. They are a shady operating company and dishonest. There products are cheap and orders take for ever to receive !

Ordered Harley Davidson boots from Highway 66, spent almost $90 which we should have realized was too good to be true, but a lot for the vinyl knockoff they sent instead of what was pictured online. Another case of using a real product photo and screen printing on cheap materials. Then when we requested a refund and return, they replied, but let us know that's what they do, screen print on polyester. No option to refund or return the product. My email reply was BLOCKED by them, they seriously blocked me so they wouldn't hear from me again. I'm sure they don't post real reviews on their site either.

I placed an order 2 sweatshirts. After 3 weeks, I received them. One was completely wrong. Have emailed the company 4 times and still no reply on making my order correct. I have now gone as far as asking for a refund and still nothing.

I am deeply disappointrd. All the labels are just bonded and won’t stay during washing. None of them is embroidered. For this price I would expect a much better quality.

I purchased a HD logo sweater with custom name. The HD logo has both ends cut off. I was initially informed that the issue was their fault and they would be sending me a replacement. Then the BS emails started coming saying "the current design is fixed, any replacement would have the same design as the original" That tells me they are NOT licensed to sell legit HD merchandise and have to modify the brand logo to get away with it. They did offer a 10% discount if I purchased something else from them - an outright insult. Will not buy anything from them again and will post this review everywhere I can. What a scam

Horrible product and a scam for sure. My wife purchased a sweatshirt from them and it is absolute garbage screen printed with the Harley Davidson name and it should be an embarrassment to Harley Davidson to have their trademark name on such a piece of crap garment. We have sent several emails and absolutely no satisfaction moving forward to get a refund and the phone number that they post rings five times and goes dead. Nobody ever answers the phone. Do not spend any money on this crap from this horrible company. You will never get your money back and you will never be happy with the crap that they send you

Highway66 ships from China and they do not take returns. The short I purchased for $50 was way too small and the quality was a joke. They would not take the shirt back and they wouldn't replace it with the right size. DEFINETELY SCAMMERS
