DEN OF THIEVES!!!

Paid for a year subscription. Never received a single issue. Emailed multiple times. Customer service nonexistent. All they do is take your money a give you NOTHING. Now they have the nerve to ask me to subscribe again offering some bs promo code. They even acknowledge they screwed people over so they there's an issue there. Their so called idea of making it right is the bs promo code to bilk your out of more money. You want to make things right? Give me back my money you STOLE.

Subscription and no magazines. Also was part of the group that bought ipo stock from high times for $2500 they took the money and ran. The sold 5.5 million dollars worth. And went out of business.

Same as everyone else got scammed for a year subscription. These guys should be ashamed of themselves.

Like the other people said. I ordered a print magazine subscription for one year. Two months later, no magazine. I called the number on their website and I got a recording saying that the number had been disconnected. I had to get my bank involved and finally got my money back.

Do not purchase a magazine subscription from this company, they are clearly running a scam. I purchased an annual subscription for $40 in beginning of February of 2023 for my boyfriend, it is now the end of December of 2023 and I still have not received anything. I received one email back from them in June of 2023 where they explained they were unable to send out the magazines because of “unforeseen circumstances” but that they would be sending the copies out ASAP. I hope no one else purchases from this company or is able to do something about them running a scam.

Looks like my complaint is the same as everyone else. Paid for 2-year subscription on May 16. Got an email saying they have reimbursed for one year, which, has not shown up on my account. If anyone's up for a class action, I'm in. CLASS ACTION! I've been all through the gambit of trying to get ahold of this company. And yes-one of their contact numbers really does go to a medical alert company.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$, PAID 29.99 FOR ANNUAL/MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION ON MAY 27TH THIS YEAR AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY MAGAZINES. THEY IGNORE EMAILS AND PHONE #'S GIVEN LEAD YOU TO SCAM/SPAM FREE MEDICAL DEVICE INFORMATION.

They are a scam and will take your money and not send you a single issue. Really sucks this magazine used to be good. They won't even respond via social media. They will look at your message tho

Just like everyone else, they will take your money for a subscription, and then never send one issue. No notification for backorder, absolutely NO customer service or responses, and no way to get refunds. This is ridiculous and they are horrible to their customers. I agree with the others that a class action lawsuit needs to happen.

Ordered a subscription on February the 2nd 2023, the website states it to be 6 to 8 weeks before the first issue to arrive. It’s been way longer. I never received a single issue, I’ve tried every single means of communication from email to calling their customer service number and have never gotten a response from either. In fact the customer service phone number won’t even ring. You know I don’t know what hurts worse getting ripped off for $29 or seeing an American staple magazine that has been around for a very long time. I think that is the worst seeing a reputable company American company and the best magazine for cannabis culture there was and now they have resorted to stealing from the fans that kept their business going for so many years. Talk about disheartening.

I ordered a year's subscription for my husband but it's been 3 months and they've sent me nothing. It said allow 4-8 weeks for first issue. It's been way past that and surprise no magazine. They also scam you into auto renew. I'd cancel but I'm afraid they'll screw me out of what I've paid for already! They need to be sued!! You can't just scam people out of their money like this. Should be illegal!!

I ordered the high times magazine on January 8, 2023 in April I tried several times to contact high times magazine and they always have a recording that give a number to call but it is not a working number. I filed a report with the BBB I asked for my money back. That was April 6, 2023. No response from the people at high times magazine. Today is May 5, 2023 no magazine no money back as of now. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HIGH TIMES THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NOTHING FOR IT.

The first issue of my magazine subscription has still not been delivered, despite it now being 20 weeks since I made the order. I've emailed them many times over the last 10 weeks, but have not got a reply. Truly appalling customer service. I will be disputing my payment for the subscription with my bank.

I subscribed to High Times magazine back in May 2022 and was charged $29.99 and I've only received one issue and that was in August. I've contacted them several times in the past and have received no response or magazines.
Do not subscribe.
Check the BBB there are hundreds of complaints about the same thing and worst. They are scam operation.
There needs to be a class action law suite filed against these frauds.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Two magazines received in a one year subscription. Customer service is nonexistent. Emails go unanswered. Phone numbers are either straight to voice mail or ring forever. Better Business Bureau complaints get no response. Fraud!! Yet their HQ is in liberal California. The law will protect them. FRAUD!!

SKETCH ALERT! Unable to properly add a simple discount, customer service says they need me to manually type my info to them and then sent a draft word document to fill out and sign and after all of that archaic nonsense nothing CS asked to watch out for fraud alert. Still “unable”.It seems the system just doesn’t want to honor your simple discounts. Way to lose a customer before it starts.

Terrible will not ever get subscription again. I hope they go bankrupt, only sent half year , said they would make it up and get the missing issues out to me as soon as possible… I’m still waiting and sent many emails with no reply, would not refund half my subscription fee
