Building Primordial Co. through the Highticket Model Has Been a Game Changer

I came into HighTicket with a clear vision for Primordial Co., a wellness and regenerative living brand centered on high-investment products like cold plunge systems, contrast therapy setups, and off-grid solar solutions. What I didn't fully have was a proven framework to structure a real business around it without holding inventory. That's exactly what this program delivered.
The no-inventory retailer model made launching a premium brand feel accessible and strategic rather than overwhelming. From product validation to understanding how high-ticket stores actually operate at volume, the resources and community here gave me real-world direction that most courses don't come close to providing.
If you're serious about building a brand in a premium niche and you want to see what a legitimate eCommerce operation looks like at scale, this is the right room to be in. The support from Brook and the team has been consistent and genuinely invested in your success. I'm grateful I found this path early in the Primordial Co. build.
Highly recommended for anyone ready to stop dabbling and start building something real.

I am just starting the journey with with Highticket.io but am very impressed with the staff and leadership here so far. Many coaches available to help in any aspect of your business. Its a little overwhelming at first but if you get on the site and explore, its fairly easy to navigate. If you're thinking of starting an online ecommerce business give them a look.

Disappointing Experience

Disappointing Experience – Poor Refund Handling and Lack of Support

I joined High Ticket Incubator after being told there was a 3-month refund policy if the program was not a good fit. After enrolling, I was assigned a one-on-one coach. Unfortunately, my first coach was extremely unresponsive. I frequently had to follow up through Slack just to get basic questions answered, and many of my messages went unanswered.
After raising my concerns with support, I was assigned a different coach who was much more helpful and professional. I appreciate his efforts and support.
However, as I progressed through the program, I realized that the costs extended far beyond the initial enrollment fee. Additional expenses for advertising, software tools, and other business-related requirements quickly added up. Due to unexpected financial hardship, I informed the company that I could no longer continue and requested a refund.
Despite being led to believe there was a refund policy, I was only offered a partial refund of $995 out of the $6,800 I paid. I was told this was the best they could do. Since then, I have sent multiple emails and support messages seeking further assistance and clarification, but my communications have largely gone unanswered.
My biggest disappointment is not only the refund outcome but also the lack of communication when it came to resolving the issue. When companies are eager to make a sale but become difficult to reach when customers need help, it raises serious concerns about customer care and accountability.
Based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to carefully review all terms, understand the full financial commitment involved, and ask detailed questions about refund eligibility before enrolling.

Building a business does require investments like ad spend and software, which is why we map out these requirements early on. Regarding our 90-day satisfaction guarantee, we always want to be completely transparent. To qualify for a full refund, our policy requires completing the fundamental action steps to give your business a fair shot: watching the modules, securing one supplier, uploading 10 products, and spending at least $100 on ads. These terms were clearly laid out during your original call with your advisor and are explicitly stated in your signed contract. Because these momentum steps weren't completed, we offered a partial refund of $995 as a gesture of goodwill to help with your sudden financial hardship.

We always want to deliver a 5-star experience, and we're sorry we fell short of that expectation for you. If you'd like to discuss this further or need clarity on your account, please reach out to us at support@highticket.io.

High Ticket.io - A leap of faith…

High Ticket.io was a leap of faith after working other home based businesses, but I was impressed with the detail of training outlined by Brook in the Webinar. Not disappointed. Very detailed training with specific details in every aspect of the business. Support is outstanding. The community forum is open and very responsive. Hours of Live training each week is so helpful and interactive. Do Not Quit you will succeed - the help is all here.
