If you’re looking for someone who has a GENUINE interest in you and your dog. You need to book Kay! YOU NEED TO BOOK! She helped me so much to understand my dog and his temperament. She was incredibly honest. She showed me how to control my fur child when he’s around other dogs or when he’s distracted. One session has already made a lot of differences. I can’t wait to book again and to learn more. She does everything out of the love and compassion she has for dogs. And she genuinely wants to see everyone and their dog do well. Don’t hesitate to book hightail, you won’t regret it

Hi have a pup and was struggling to find a slip collar as she kept growing so fast chain collars weren’t even lasting a month.

I decided to purchase a handmade collar from Kay. She spoke me through it. The collar was sent within a few days when it arrived I tried it on and it’s much more secure fitting sturdy rope and safer materials. Iv now been using it for a while and love it I feel so much more confident, she’s reacting better when checking her to change behaviour. I wish I had got one sooner life has been so much easier now. I will need to order a few more for my other dogs

They take time and show you the little things that can make a huge difference. I will be recommending this company to everyone and anyone

First session with Kay today really impressed with her knowledge. By the end of the session my dog was walking a lot better on lead will be using hightailk9 again. Highly recommend!

I had a session with Kay yesterday, she is top quality at her work. My dog struggles with dog reactivity and by the end of the session he definitely made a lot of progress. Would highly recommend.

We booked Kay after watching a lot of her tiktoks and trying to find the best possible trainer for my dog, he was dog reactive and also had no engagement after just 10 minutes with her it was like I had a new dog I couldn’t believe it.😂 After the session I could have him off lead around other dogs and no problems I can’t thank her enough!

Kay has a natural instinct with dogs that you can’t teach!!
I took my reactive and very strong Caine corso x XL bully to her just as I was losing all hope with him.
Within 10 mins of Kay walking with him he was a different dog it was nothing short of mind blowing to watch.
She has reset my dog to listen to simple, kind commands that are easy to take home and master. The difference in my dog after just one hour with her is incredible.
I cannot rate her highly enough and I’m so pleased I have found her

I met Kay yesterday with my Olde English Bulldog who is nervous and dog reactive since getting bitten by an off lead dog. Within 10/15 mins Kay had ‘reprogrammed’ him to respond to simple clear commands. He needed clearer instruction and I needed to be more calm and in control. Before we left the park he was taking instructions and walking past other dogs and distractions. We even dropped the lead and had him walking to heal. Could not be happier.

If you or your dog needs help/guidance, book Kay. Best money I ever spent with regards to my dogs.

I ask kay to come and help me with.my uncontrollable 7month xl bully/mastiff. He would constantly pull and I was so anxious taking him out. Within and hour she had my dog walking by my side and him finally listening to me. I feel so much more confident and happy to take him out. Rocco still needs work but I know with these technics he will be brilliant. No more pulling me down the road.

Kay is a really great trainer with a great personality who made me feel comfortable and confident is the approach she took towards training my 9 month old dog.

We dealt with all the main problems such as pulling, lunging and grawling at other dogs during walks.
I was glad to see the improvement straight away from my small dog who is less anxious on walks.
I would definitely recommend Kay and continue to work with Hightailk9S

Me and Bailey really enjoy the pack walks with Kay, it’s extremely motivating for both Bailey and I. I also get a few of tips from Kay also on how I need to be with Bailey to get the best dog out of her. She’s great I’m glad I’ve met her and we’ll be coming to more pack walks and events!!

The session was very good- informative, insightful, really good with helping the owner look in the mirror at their behaviour in a humorous and honest way but also explaining how this is interpreted by our dogs. Lots of light bulb moments. Doing the homework is challenging but looking forward to the next session. It’s great that Kay (Trainer) is not put off by large aggressive dogs. This was a concern for me as I know that not every trainer can handle this. By the end of our first session my dog was able to lie down and not react as we talked, shook hands several times. This was a very good sign and reassuring for me that Eli can change ..... but I have to put the work in .

Kay made us feel so comfortable, showing the correct way to train tyson.
I’m so thankful it’s like a completely different dog!! Never thought in a million years I could potentially enjoy taking Tyson for a walk

Would 100% recommend!! Just one session and I’ve learnt how to communicate with my dog, understand and guide my dog! Most importantly my dog is listening to me….. if you are in any doubt about booking, don’t be HightailK9 absolutely top class!!!

Been watching kays videos and was gravitated to Kay as she has the same breed of dog we have.
So glad I went, our dog mastered loose lead walking in the session and has maintained it so far.

I'd been watching Kay's videos of her training other dogs and instantly knew I needed her to train my dog. My dog is over friendly jumpy and very stubborn. In one session Kay showed me that being persistent and letting my dog know I am in control goes a long way. I will recommend anyone to go to Kay, very friendly very professional and very caring, and this goes along way when trusting someone with your dog.
