Canceled order was not refunded.
I ordered some feminized seeds. Shortly after placing the order I changed my mind and asked if it would be possible to cancel that order as I wanted to buy a different strain. They quickly answered and said it was canceled and I would get my money refunded. So I bought a different strain which arrived reasonably fast and was of decent quality.
But despite it saying "refunded" for the first offer on their website I didn't actually get a refund. Even after countless emails I sent them they only said I would be refunded but they never delivered. I don't know what is going wrong here but this is unacceptable.
Right now, I would not recommend anyone buying from this company.

An e mail was sent to you as soon as the order was placed followed by tracking information on the 30th May.
Second class parcels can take 2-3 working days and there were no postal deliveries from Thursday 2nd June until today due to the jubilee bank holiday. If you check the tracking number then this confirms that it was received by the Royal Mail but has not yet been delivered. Please note also that it will only be delivered if someone is available to sign for it.
