Bugged software! For example - 2 players are all in and a third, yes! A third player is being awarded with the pot although he has no cards and is not in the hand at all.

No Support At All!!!

I have been a player for 5 months. After a long KYC process, I am finally fully verified. However, my withdrawal of $150 has been 'Pending Manual Approval' since February 14th. I have sent multiple emails with proof of my deposit (sent to 180Group) and their active Anjouan license (ALSI-202601028-F11), but support is ignoring me. I have already copied the regulators on my emails. Avoid this site if you want your winnings paid out.

They are not paying me out, in fact I tried to deposit a small amount in August, but it is still being processed. Don't play here.Customer service doesn't respond, you can't pay in or out, or you can pay in but you don't receive it.

Highstsakes does not do withdraw.They are scamer.After trying to withdraw $900US they canceled my request and now my balance is 0.

I had an account registered back when HighStakes was a poker-only site. Since then, they rebranded to HighStakes2.0, discontinued the poker room, and focused entirely on the casino. After receiving a promotional email, I decided to give the site a try, made a $2,000 deposit, played for a while, won some money, and attempted to withdraw my winnings.

I completed the KYC process, but my withdrawal requests were repeatedly declined with the vague reason, "More Account Activity Required." Support is either non-existent or unreachable—there is no live support, and they do not respond to any emails or messages sent through their on-site contact form.

After my third declined request, I finally received a brief explanation stating that a 10x (!) wagering requirement was needed on my deposit amount. I complied, completing the required wagers, and submitted a new withdrawal request. However, this request has now been in a pending state for over a month with no updates or responses from the casino.

At this point, I believe they will never pay out my winnings. This site appears to be a scam, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid it.

I deposited $40 there, don't make that mistake even after I won they didn't allow me to withdraw money, many times when I played spin n go i payed for tickets but the game just don't start or even after i was pushed unregister button from it they didn't refund me back the money to the account, I sent them two emails about that problem, no answer from their side, when i started to play there they would give many freerolls and not long ago they stopped it so there is no reason to continue playing on the site, I deleted the account and I advise everyone not to play there and not to deposit a single cent to these scumbags.

The worst poker platform ever! !Before 2 years ago the robbed from my account $20K with the excuse that i play on HU table cash game with one player who he have to cover rake $50.So for this reason they just decided to ban my account and of course to dont give me my money.after two months they closed the platform for one year.And the last year they open its again and OF COURSE the dont pay the players.You can only deposit.Even if you have 2k on your account you can not withdraw more than $100 every 2 or 3 months.They are allow Some times players to make $100 cash out every 2 or 3 months.Someone have to do something for that to close them totaly because they are stealing the players

i want to inform you that i have been playing on highstakes for more than 2years now i have deposited money twice, and luckly i had some winnings, but when i tried to withdraw they decline it, i have the full conversation with support on my email, i want to share it with you guys, but i cant uplaod pictures in here, also i got the 5th place on the leaderboard and i didnt get my rewards.

I have already seen a lot similar stories about Highstakes scamming, but i will share my too, that people know what kind of thieves they are.

They send me ticket for Sunday main event satellite, and i played and won, after that ,i won sunday main event too.

When i try withdrawal they declined and says i need deposit and rake that famous 50$. (Play poker 9 years and never seen something like that), but Ok.

I deposit and rake 50+$ in few days.

Try withdrawal again... and guess what.... they again decline with message - "User is to contribute more rake to meet Rake to Withdrawal Ratio outlined in Terms and Conditions. "

There is currently runs some leaderboard rake promotions so im literally shoved on the home page of Highstakes where it is clearly shown i raked more then 50$ .

On top of everything, in highstakes terms and conditions for withdrawal says "In the event the user plays on multiple products or others aside from only poker, a sufficient and reasonable level of play is required"... So i gamble a bit and bet more then 4k$ in casino and lose in casino almost 2k$.
But even with that they don't want to pay my money.

It's really amazing how far they can go with their fraud.

I was using metamask and did exactly what it said i should.

Their answer:
No deposit reached us, check with coinpayments if you send it through coinpayments and you should receive confirmation email from them. I forwarded this for check but from experience you must have failed some step while depositing but in any case money should be returned to you if something went wrong.
