I signed up about two weeks ago and the first few days were honestly frustrating. The interface is not the most intuitive I have seen and I kept getting confused about where to find certain sections. At one point I could not figure out how to activate my bonus and spent about 15 minutes clicking through menus without finding what I needed. Eventually I gave up and contacted support. That turned out to be the right move. The agent I spoke to was patient and walked me through the whole process step by step without making me feel like I was asking a stupid question. They stayed in the chat until everything was working correctly and even pointed out a couple of other features I had not noticed. The casino itself is decent, games load fine and my one withdrawal went through in about two days. But the interface definitely needs work. Three stars because the product is okay but navigating it should not require a call to support.
