A service was procured from this company and it has never worked and still does not work. It does not assist our business at all. When I told the company this and that I was not happy with the service and did not require it any more they told me that I have to pay a 4 year full fee penalty - a full 4 years of payments without any discount or deduction to take into account that the service in question will be switched off !
