The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the shipping firm was unreliable and delivered late.

Good communication throughout except for one thing - to track your order you have to download an app. I didn’t want another app just for one item so missed the tracking and delivery information - luckily there was someone at home to receive the package.

I have used this company several times and my orders have always been on time and exactly what I ordered, easy to do business with , would recommend to anyone.

Bought recycled insulation from Highloft twice. Very good service and products on both occasions.

The product is very good value. The delivery service, not so good.

Product brilliant, Delivery arrived the next day, which again I thought at first was brilliant. Unfortunately I discovered my order was not complete. I asked the van driver who said that "it's all I have on the van". I then emailed Highloft to enquire why part of my order was missing. The next day while I was waiting for a reply from Highloft the rest of my order arrived.
Rather than having to contact Highloft regarding the missing part of my order, it may have been prudent for Highloft to let me know that my order was being sent in two batches. That would have stopped me from having to contact them regarding my incomplete order.
Just one other thing Highloft may do to help customers, is to mark the rolls by someone who can write properly, the length, witdth and thickness of the rolls, because the ones I received, I had to guess what was in them. I think they must employ retired Doctors to do this.

Easy to order, good price and prompt delivery.

I am impressed with the product; so much easier and cleaner to install. The material is stronger and more robust so held its shape; used between rafters.
