Bought tickets to the Porsche GT3 draw…
Bought tickets to the Porsche GT3 draw over a year ago and the draw is still nowhere near happening - meanwhile the car is being used to deliver prizes, increasing mileage and using warranty up.
I’ve emailed the company on a number of occasions to politely request a refund given at the time I was unaware the draw didn’t have a guaranteed draw date in the near future like all other sites I had come across, but have been flat out ignored on multiple occasions.
To see they have apparently offered someone else in the same position a refund, yet totally ignored multiple emails from myself makes this worse.
Very disappointing. First negative review I’ve left a business, but for good reason.

As per our previous correspondence (contrary to your statement of being flat out ignored) we stated we were more than happy to process a refund for you, removing your single ticket purchase as well as your free ticket. This has now been done after receiving confirmation from you.

Bought tickets to win the Porsche back…
Bought tickets to win the Porsche back in September 2021and now ten months later still waiting for the draw date to be confirmed. At the current rate of sales probably be 2024 before a draw is announced. Porsche warranty will have expired by the time it’s drawn. Appreciate that the terms and conditions state draw will be announced at 75% ticket sales but doesn’t look like you will ever get to that point
