I have worked with highlands for like almost 2 years now and They where great until they forgot to invoice me and then went back and blamed it on me and is making me pay 240$ for the month I had automatic billing on and they didn't bill me so its not my fault there system messed up there for not my fault I didn't get invoiced. also the network speeds will randomly go slow and they will do nothing to fix it.
