Good quality products. Turns up OK and never had any problems. Have been using for some time. Can't always get everything, as some things out of stock. Also price's gone up a lot. But hasn't everything.

Have been ordering same herbal remedies for the past 10 years - last year was the last time and last straw. Ordered, paid for 1st class next day delivery on a Thursday was not sent first class next day but instead arrived the following week, when questioned about as to why that was, a clearly unapologetic, ill mannered and socially awkward admin keyboard warrior named Kate Townsend- who proudly displays the title of “customer services specialist - yes plural which refers to her varied services she apparently delivers to the customers who pay the company she represents) does not embody the companies ethics and ethos. Replied it had been because I “ordered over the weekend”. As mentioned in other reviews when standards drop to such a low level - buy elsewhere as you do not want to find yourself wasting your fine energy arguing, correcting an entity that is as rude as Townsend who thinks they do not have to offer an apology or refund of the extra cost 1st class delivery as a minimum to a loyal customer. Some companies still do value long-standing customers and their business - clearly higher nature is not one of them as any of their replies to the rather regular bad reviews offer anything substantial in terms of wholesome explanation or a direct improvement plan for a once reliable customer friendly business. Mrs Townsend would be well placed in an area that does not require expertise in dealing with the public and subsequent complaints when things go wrong - a customer services “specialist” is meant to make amends with the wronged customer not antagonise them more. But then again, the company she works for doesn’t really care as long as they can take your money all they have are empty platitudes of a hollow sorry. Go elsewhere plenty of other opportunities to purchase. add addendum: of course, once one looks at the books- and companies house information- it seems the gentlemen involved trading now as “higher nature” having taken oveg the name is all - are the all in it for profit. Evidenced by the fact that mr Kevin Grant a South African national, mr geoffrey lockwood of the isle of man tax exile haven, have not got your health in mind, but profits and may I add no experience nor expertise in holistic healing nor interest.Both Appointed on the 22nd of August 2022 it is no wonder the ethos of the original business founders Mr. Wright and the sadly deceased Mrs Celia Wright (with a holistic healing background not financial gains) have been completely abandoned supporting the fact that they seem to have huge difficulties resourcing a lot of the products. I’m very certain they will try and block this entry as well as they do not want you to know the new business practices and why they are losing so many customers. Not only no stock but no clue. All excellent, though I wish it were easier to take off the sealing layer under the lid of bottles of Fish oil. I can't get all off easily and then have trouble closing the lid of the bottle each of the many times I use it afterwards!
