Same problem like a Ken. I order and pay pendant. I am from Czech Republic, I paid 23 £. Package delivery via airmail is 6 days (information from their website). Only what I get is information about payment from SagePay. Thats all. I sent 4 emails and all are without response.

edit: package is HERE! 10 days later, still without seller response, but I have it in good condition. Goods was on stock, I ordered it 14/11 and package was sent 20/11.

HigherHeart.com is an online 'shop' with approx. 4000 products. In early October 2017, I purchased a statue from them. The statue was delivered on 9th October, but was missing a part. I immediately contact HigherHeart.com by email, but got no response. To date, I've sent them 5 emails, but again, no replies. HigherHeart.com is part of the Tachyon Brand Ltd. I've also emailed Tachyon, but again no response. The 0845 number listed on the HigherHeart.com website is not recognised, and the voice message that you hear seems to indicate that it has been disconnected/no longer in use. I contacted Surrey Trading Standards who advised me to contact the Citizens Advice Consumer Service. I've now written to HigherHeart.com giving them 14 days to deal with the problem. My advice to shoppers is to give HigherHeart.com a miss, as their Customer Service is non-existent.
