Accidentally bought this blanket instead of the real deal which is Higherdose and not Higherchose!! My bad. There was this guy called Dylan from China who promised me a partial refund because the connecting plug was a dud. He disappeared. The instructions are in broken English so really hard to make out. Found another plug to connect it with but the product is just inferior - at best it's lukewarm. Could have gotten my money back via PayPal but I left it too long before trying it as got busy and then the time had lapsed. Wasted my hundreds of pounds on this rubbish. Do not buy!

Terrible customer service. Ordered this blanket and couldn’t get it to reach over 23! Reached out for assistance just to be contacted by someone by the name of Dilan. Nothing but broken promises. Contacted AFFIRM which informed me after 2 months it’s nothing that they can do! SCAM CENTRAL. Please do not buy this product!

It is absolutely fantastic. Use it once a day and it has has address some of my pain caused by Covid as I am a long hauler... It has made a difference in getting through each day. I feel rejuvenated.

After raising and escalating a complaint for non delivery. I finally received it after 2 months. It's a 'damaged item with parts disposed of by parcel force'. It looks like its been run over and the box has lots of extra packing tape. It's the same one on eBay for £89

The wires burnt through my blanket burning the bed below I was lucky someone came into the room and could smell the burning and woke me up .
Contact myself for pictures as company has blocked me since complaining.
