Don’t use them , got hire truck from them , broke down on middle off day , waiting 6 hours for service, didn’t finish my work , lost money . Contacted to refund or give me half day free to finish work. Complete ignore me . Get nothing back from them and end up rent from another company to finish job . So stay away , use smart platforms from Sutton , similar prices and much better trucks .

Very good customer service and smooth Hire service

It was easy to book, easy to book and nothing was ever an issue if I did call for any issues that I could sort.

Easy all round experince and value for money

Initial experience from Emma G, Gary at Aberdeen was first class.
Pick-up from local Tesco went OK apart from network glitches and soon on our way.
Machine was excellent and performed well once on site and various trees posing a threat on house and outbuilding were soon remedied.
Managed to tire out three experienced plant operators and now have a massive clean up. All involved would certainly use again if required.

we have hired from Height for hire before the new online booking system and collection and return makes life so easy.

Really easy to book and collect as we had a last minute need for the hire. The communication was quick and very helpful. On collection we were given clear instructions for its use.
We will definitely use it again.

Only feedback I would give is that we had a few issues with the online pickup and drop off forms as they didn’t not work, but the person who was at the collection point was very helpful. Also it would be great if the hire included a harness (unless I missed it).

The whole hire process was effotless.
the lovely Emma G took my booking and I recieved my profoma email shortly after. Every stage of the hire was easy and strait forward from collection to drop off.

Everything went smooth from first contact with Emma.
Machine set up ie collection points etc is really handy and convenient.
Will definitely be using this service again.

The office team were very helpful, especially Becky Taylor. Easy instructions. Pick up and return all well planned. The lorry mounted platform worked well. Will use them again.
