They sent me the wrong size. I paid with Klarna, but they can't even reach them to find a return address. I tried to contact Highclass on Instagram but after they heard I wanted to sent the jacket back they stop replying. Now I have to pay for something over 300€ that don‘t fit and that I can‘t sent back. BIGGEST SCAM

I strongly advise against ordering from this shop.

After receiving my order, I attempted to return the item within the EU 14-day withdrawal period. The seller explicitly refused any refund, stating “we don’t do refunds” and offered a discount on a future order instead. This is not compliant with EU consumer law.

The situation is further concerning because the company details are inconsistent. The website’s imprint lists a company in Hungary, while other sources such as Trustpilot mention Italy. A clear and verifiable business identity is not provided.

Customer support is unprofessional and uncooperative. I received only generic responses, no return address, and no lawful handling of my withdrawal request.

This shop appears to deliberately ignore mandatory consumer rights. I would recommend extreme caution and would not order here again.
