This is an updated review. I wanted to change my opinion from 2 to 4 stars .when it hits it hits and when it doesn’t it’s still a bummer.  but nevertheless I enjoy playing daily…

I purchased a coin package for $5.00. I played and won $100.00. I initially tried to redeem via my bank, but it was not in the list of banks shown, and I did not see the option to manually enter the routing and account numbers, so I decided to try the gift card.

I selected the Instacart gift card with the 10% bonus, so I got $110.00 for $100.00. It was approved and sent to me the same day. I added it to my Instacart account, and I was so happy. I am always nervous to redeem due to a bad experience with other social casino sites.

You know something... I honestly have always had a pretty good impression of this casino .. that is until I actually won enough money to submit a redemption request... Smh. I submitted this request over two days ago and it is STILL 'pending' ... Absolutely ridiculous how long this is taking! If you play on this site and think you're going to get your winnings quickly, you're going to be very disappointed. I understand there are things and important security checks that must happen but there's just no excuse for it to take this long. I'm just waiting for approval y'all... That's not even including the amount of time it'll take for them to send it to my bank and for it to become available... That's an additional several days. It would be really nice if you could please approve my redemption request. I've fulfilled everything on my part that you've asked of me to do.

I have been playing on High5 for a few years. My experience continues to be 5 star. High5 offers a large library of slots to choose from! I receive redemptions within 1-4 hours, using Skrill. If I had a complaint, no table games are available, but that’s it!

High 5 used to be one of the best but for the past year or so I can’t win anything. I haven’t been up to the minimum amount to redeem in forever. They say they use an algorithm and that every spin is completely random but that’s not true I believe they use an algorithm but it’s based on how much you’ve spent vs how much you’ve won. At least in the beginning. After you’ve been playing for a while they stop letting you win anything at all. Take my advice. Don’t play any if these sc casinos. You’re much better off going to the real casino

My favorite sweepstakes casino! High 5 has a great selection of games (don't pass on their Exclusive ones - I just had my biggest redemption off a win on one of them!) and redemptions are paid quick! They are usually approved the follow day after submitting and in my bank the day after that.

love the games......just cant win at any of them. i wish i had know that they were hurting for money so badly. I'm not a high roller so i am sure i wont be missed. However, the few hundred i do spend each week.....won't be on high 5 casino. I know that games aren't rigged and are very fair.....the reality is, if you just eat the money and no wins in sight.....thats bad for you. might want to look into the return to player and improve that. I will spend my money else where. good luck, your gonna need it
