From the order process to delivery, support to costs, everything was terrible.
It took over a week from ordering to receiving the eSim. The QR code didn't work and I contacted support to fix the problem and it took 4 days to get a response and the answer was that I would have to pay the SIM card production fee of 9.90 euros again. I cancelled the contract and will never buy from this provider again.

No English Support in 2025? Really?
I’m really disappointed with High-Mobile's lack of English support. Europe is a multilingual region, but they still expect everyone to speak German, making their service very inaccessible for non-German speakers. To make matters worse, my wife, who speaks B2-level German, called customer support, and the male representatives (not the female ones) were rude, impatient, and even hung up on her four times.
EDIT: They just responded to my review... in German.

This provider is a complete scam. Stay away from them!
My phone got stolen. So I ordered an eSIM for 9,90€. After almost two weeks the eSIM still doesn’t work. Everytime I talk with the customer service they can’t tell why and they give very weird vibe. It all seems very shady. Anyways I was lucky enough to be able to quit the contract. Still have to live without a phone number until my new provider takes over.
Tip: Don’t fall into any deals of them. It all seems very scamy!

Despicable. Don’t use HIGH especially if you are an English speaker
They have terminated my account without warning. The reason they gave was late payments even though all the payments were up to date and there was no outstanding balance when they cut my line.
Prior to that I’ve not been able to log in to my account. Customer service does not speak English and they don’t reply to the emails that I’ve been sending in German. Chat is not working.
Really disappointed.

Most worsiest experience of the service
Hi Everyone,
This is very rare feedback, when even 1 start is too high rating. I had most terrible experience with this provider. It is all started with simple attempt to buy an e-SIM. The order process initially went smooth, till I reached a point of accessing my personal account to obtain e-SIM card. Their instruction said to use a single time password which arrives you at the email, but that password wasn't work. So as result I could enter my personal account and get my e-SIM.
Then I thought it might be ok, let's reset my password online, since I have a verified email and can receive it there. But there was a dead end, again. Their system sends you one-time passwords over SMS. So it is become an infinite loop now. In order to get your e-SIM you need to enter your personal account, in order to do it you need provide your username and password, but you don't have a password. In order to reset it you need to have a SIM card to receive the SMS (and here loop starts over).
So, you would think that then, it might be that their support would be friendly it might help you in this case (send you new one time password over email) - and here again was a dead end. 1st they refused to talk on English, then ok, I asked my friend to spend his hour to call and talk to them. As a result of this call they said there is no defined procedure for this case (isn't that a simple one case???). And later on they said that they will issue a physical SIM card (why physical, when I ordered a e-SIM? still be an open question).
After some time, I haven't received any of SIM cards, but within 2 week time of free cancellation time period I asked them (contacted support both on WhatsApp and over the email) to cancel the contract, because I get another provider to use. And seems like that was too a dead end and they simply ignored my message. And as of now I've got a bill to pay (good question what for?), so they trying to robbery me now.
At the end I'm very regretting of even trying to order this provider. They trying to hide behind "Telekom network" branding, but their internal processes sound very very very bad. For all who is reading this review I would advise to consider choosing someone else but not the HIGH.

3 month later they still sends some bills in personal account where I don't have (and didn't had) access as I described above. Have 0 idea what inside those bills. But emails keep coming

No Sim Card Delivery
I took my number with me from congstar to high. I received an email regarding the activation of my number on High. However, there is no sim card delivery at all. I got no clue about the delivery. Customer service is not even reachable.

Horrible Service No Support
Horrible Service. Bought two SIMs on Black Friday. Only one came. The support chat is not working, the support email is not workting either. Had to request a new SIM and pay for it for their incompetence. There is no twitter, no facebook, not a single way to contact them.
