FANTASTIC SERVICE
It's almost impossible to find Decleor skincare products online any more. Higgins has all I needed (bar one) - 5 products in total. Excellent discounts; I had my order within 24 hours and all the little samples that came with the delivery was really very appreciated. A BIG Thank you for an excellent service 👏🏻👏🏻 I never use Trustpilot but have made a point of sharing my feedback. I will order again without hesitation from you .... and BTW, if you manage to restock on Decleor Cleanser, please let me know :)

Excellent service
I find it difficult to find some Decleor skincare products and was happy to see Higgins Pharmacy had a good selection. Shipping was fast and packaging excellent. I will certainly order from Higgins Pharmacy again.

Online Order
I ordered a product online which they had less stock of than what I had ordered. When they realised this, they offered me an immediate refund for the difference in cost. They posted out what they had left of the product and included some free samples of similar products. Very professional service and quick delivery (2-3 working days).

Outstanding customer service even on a small order
I ordered something on 21st December not expecting it before Christmas, but Aisling emailed me to tell me the courier said they could not guarantee delivery before Christmas which was absolutely fine. The parcel arrived on 29th morning and not only what I ordered but a few free samples also. Their attention to the small things and the proactive customer service made it all a most pleasant experience. Thank you Aisling and all at Higgins pharmacy.
