Terrible Experience – Completely Unprofessional After-Sales Service
This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a travel agent. Their after-sales service is absolutely horrible and shockingly unprofessional. Once the payment was made, they stopped taking responsibility for their own mistakes. Because of their negligence and poor handling, we ended up losing a significant amount of money, and they showed zero urgency or accountability to fix the issue. Communication was slow, misleading, and often ignored altogether. Instead of helping, they kept passing blame and gave excuses. This caused unnecessary stress, frustration, and financial loss. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this agent unless you want to risk your money and peace of mind. Completely unreliable and disappointing.

Please try to avoid this company. They are unprofessional, and my recent experience is very bad. Instead of a single PNR ticket, which I paid for, they booked tickets in different airlines to grab some extra profit. For that, I had to pay extra twice for getting a transit Visa to collect my luggage because they were not not checked through.
